At Monazeni, we take pride in the quality of every piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  
• All original packaging, tags, and dust bags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Monazeni reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit or proceed with a return in line with this policy.

Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Monazeni is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
