Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with courier details and a tracking number. For orders within the United States, please anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days, while international orders generally arrive within 12-15 business days. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please be aware that during peak periods, such as sales, there may be slight delays. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or stolen due to specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier.

After an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to make any modifications. If you wish to change the color or model, you will need to cancel your initial order before creating a new one.

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at hello@monazenisociety.com, providing your order number and the reason for cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

We exclusively partner with UPS and USPS for all our deliveries.

We recommend a thorough inspection of the package and its contents before signing for delivery. In case of any damage or incompleteness, kindly refuse delivery or sign as 'Damaged,' and promptly contact us on the day of delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

All Monazeni products ship to customers worldwide, except Europe. Your order is shipped from our facility in the United States. Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.

Please contact us via email (hello@monazenisociety.com) about your intent to return an item. Include your order number, a screenshot of your order confirmation email, reason for the return. and specify whether you would like a refund or store credit. To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria: they should be unused, returned in their original packaging, and the return request must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. There is no cost to return any item. Once your return package is received, we will promptly review your request for a refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within seven (7) business days. Returns are only applicable for orders shipped to addresses within the U.S.

If you suspect damage or a manufacturer's defect, kindly attach a photo of the defect or damage in your email to (hello@monazenisociety.com). Include your order number, a screenshot of your order confirmation email, reason for the return and specify whether you would like a refund or store credit.
