MY ORDER
Modify My Order
After an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to make any modifications. If you wish to change the color or model, you will need to cancel your initial order before creating a new one.
Cancel My Order
You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at hello@monazenisociety.com, providing your order number and the reason for cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

We've crafted these policies to ensure transparency and a seamless shopping experience. Please note, these policies apply to orders within the United States.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with courier details and a tracking number. For orders within the United States, please anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days, while international orders generally arrive within 12-15 business days. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please be aware that during peak periods, such as sales, there may be slight delays. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or stolen due to specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier..
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
Order Tracking
After your order ships, we'll send you an email containing the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Our Shipping Partners
We exclusively partner with UPS and USPS for all our deliveries.
Upon Receiving Your Order
We recommend a thorough inspection of the package and its contents before signing for delivery. In case of any damage or incompleteness, kindly refuse delivery or sign as 'Damaged,' and promptly contact us on the day of delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
All Monazeni products ship to customers worldwide. Your order is shipped from our facility in the United States. Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.

Returning my order
Please contact us via email (hello@monazenisociety.com) about your intent to return an item. Include your order number, a screenshot of your order confirmation email, reason for the return. and specify whether you would like a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria: they should be unused, returned in their original packaging, and the return request must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. There is no cost to return any item. Once your return package is received, we will promptly review your request for a refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within seven (7) business days. Returns are only applicable for orders shipped to addresses within the U.S.
My item arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?
If you suspect damage or a manufacturer's defect, kindly attach a photo of the defect or damage in your email to (hello@monazenisociety.com). Include your order number, a screenshot of your order confirmation email, reason for the return and specify whether you would like a refund or store credit.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, kindly inform us via email (hello@monazenisociety.com). Please include your order number, attach a photo of the item you received, and include a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for damaged, incorrect, wrong-sized, or defective products. If you require an exchange, please email (hello@monazenisociety.com)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged on returns.
Refund Period
Customer receives the refund within 5-7 working days after the goods are received. Note: While we process the refund immediately, please allow 5-7 working days for your bank to complete the transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
